Welcome to TCAirheads, where we believe managing a real estate support agency should be easy. Our founders, Nicole, Lindsey, and Michelle, were frustrated with the lack of tools that fully met their needs, so they created the Airheads Pro Base. Our template offers customizable interfaces for listing and transaction management, customer relationship management, and so much more.

This template was built by three TC business owners who collectively have processed billions in dollars of real estate transactions.

Nicole Auer

Nicole Auer is the founder of CcMe, a national transaction coordination company supporting real estate agents, teams, and brokerages across the United States.

A systems enthusiast at heart, Nicole is known for designing efficient workflows and backend processes that bring clarity and structure to the contract-to-close process. Her work has helped shape how many teams approach transaction management and operational support.

Nicole is known for her passion for systems, process improvement, and operational efficiency. She has spent years designing custom workflows and infrastructure that allow real estate professionals to scale their businesses while maintaining clarity and structure behind the scenes.

Through TC Airheads, Nicole’s goal is simple: build a community where transaction coordinators can grow, learn, and raise the bar for the profession together.

Lindsey Bavaro

Systems & Implementation

Lindsey's real estate career began in 2007 when she entered the industry as a marketing coordinator for the top producing agent in her market. She quickly became a jack of all trades, donning the hats of listing coordinator and operations manager before finding her calling as a transaction coordinator. In 2015, she founded Real Time Savers, a transaction management company that has since helped real estate agents navigate the complexities of over 6,250 deals. Lindsey has a passion for creating and implementing systems that streamline operating procedures. Her process-oriented approach and commitment to efficiency ensure that every job is done right, making her an invaluable partner to colleagues and clients alike. When she's not working, Lindsey indulges her love for real estate by investing in and renovating properties.

Michelle Martinez

Analytics & Reporting

Michelle Martinez is a savvy twenty-first century businesswoman who has been immersed in the South Florida real estate industry since 1995.

 

Her vision and her work are creating a new paradigm for the modern business woman. She has processed more than $10 billion in real estate transactions in her career. Managing a massive team of listing, transaction, marketing, and social media managers across three time zones who take over the tasks that keep Realtors® from growing their businesses.

 

Her most proud accomplishment is that her work has made a difference in the lives of thousands of people in the communities she serves.
