The Below terms and conditions govern your purchase of Airheads Pro ”The Product” from The Merwin Group, LLC dba TC Airheads ”The Company”. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING THE AIRHEADS PRO BASE TEMPLATE.

To use The Airheads Base, you must have an active Airtable Pro account. If you do not have an Airtable Pro account, you will not be able to access The Airheads Base.

You must have a good understanding of your state's deadline calculations in order to complete the order form. If you are unsure of your state's deadline calculations, we recommend consulting with a professional before purchasing.

TC Airheads is not responsible for any platform or use changes that Airtable may make in the future. We recommend keeping up-to-date with any changes to the Airtable platform and how they may impact your use of The Airheads Base.

Non-Refundable Policy. All orders are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the products and services provided. ONCE THE BASE IS TRANSFERRED TO YOU THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, EQUIPMENT, INFORMATION OR DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR GOODWILL, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF REPLACEMENT SERVICES, OR CLAIMS FOR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS, OCCASIONED BY ANY DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT, RELATED MATERIALS, THE INABILITY TO USE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER OR ANY OTHER CAUSE WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT THERETO, REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OR IS AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and each of its directors, officers, employees, contractor, and agents, harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of this Agreement, (ii) any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party, (iii) your use of the product or any services that the Company may provide in conjunction with your use of the product.
